Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Redstone Umber Foods produces packaged foods at its Birmingham plant. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
