Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Westbrook Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for carrier rates in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
