Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Silverline Haven Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Reno area, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for pipe repairs in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
