Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Westbrook Field Property Management is a Providence property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
