Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Westbrook Timber Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
