Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Northwind Ashton Foods is a Jackson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for customer specifications in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
