Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Greenridge Timber Property Management is a Columbus property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
