Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 849 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
