Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Mill Farms and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
