Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Farms Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
