Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
