Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Sparrow Freight is a New Orleans logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. We reward reliability. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for carrier rates in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
