Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Maple Housing Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
