Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Kestrel Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
