Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Louisville, KY)

Bright Ridge Property Management is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
