Silverline River Housing is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on equipment repair for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 789 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Trade certification or licence.
