Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Granite Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of about 464 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
