Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
