Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bright Juniper Foods produces packaged foods at its Grand Rapids plant, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
