Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Grand Rapids, MI)

Ironwood Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for parts orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
