Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Partners is a Columbus property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
