Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Harbor Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Chicago. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for loads and lanes in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
