Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Lantern Property Management is a Charlotte property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our equipment repair. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
