Senior Maintenance Technician - equipment repair (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be equipment repair. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
