Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Wichita with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for safety inspections in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
