Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Wilder Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a large organisation of about 207 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
