Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Seattle, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vehicle inspections in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
