Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Quarry Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for loads and lanes in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
