Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Hollow Energy Group is an energy provider in Seattle focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for meter readings in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
