Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Seattle region, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for materials orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
