Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Cross Facilities Partners cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Seattle, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
