Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Rochester, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence.
