Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Facilities and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
