Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Amber Property Management is a Boise property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
