Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for service complaints in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
