Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Bluepeak Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Portland, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
