Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Nova West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician to take on building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
