Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Timber Housing and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
