Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Northwind Granite Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Seattle, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
