Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cobalt Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
