Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for collection routes in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
