Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Press is a printer and publisher in Hartford serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for bindery work in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
