Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Summit Ember Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead our building systems. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
