Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Highbridge Fern Freight Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for proof of delivery in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
