Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Facilities and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
