Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pine Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
