Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Energy is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for usage data in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
