Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Haven Construction and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
