Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Fox Property Management and adding a Senior Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be building systems. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
