Senior Maintenance Technician - building systems (remote)

Silverline Granite Housing Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician. The job centres on building systems for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
